Obesity - Eat one fruit before each meal. One bowl of salad with each meal. 60 mins exercise / walk daily. FOR - Constipation - one glass of water every hour. 10 raisins, 10 almonds, more dals, rajma etc - more food with fiber. Eat less of maida, white rice, colas, non veg etc. For PCOD reduce carbohydrates like white rice, maida, white bread. Take more diet with fruits, vegetables, fibers etc. All your problems are interconnected and they can be solved by better, healthier and natural diet.

Hello. One of the reason for obesity could be hormonal imbalance caused due to PCOD. What we have to do is include foods which are high in fiber and foods which are least processed. We need to avoid foods that are highly processed, like maida, simple sugar, honey, fruit juices. Etc. We need to include foods like whole gain cereals and pulses. Bran, whole fruits, raw vegetables. High fiber foods would also help reduce the constant and consistent problem of constipation, along with fiber what we need to consume is loads of water, at least 3 liters of water, is what is recommended especially in such heat. Other tips to decrease weight would be consuming low fat products, low visible fat sources in your diet, that is low oil, butter, ghee, margarine, etc. In the diet. Consume more of invisible fat sources through nuts and oil seeds avoiding coconut and ground nut. Along with diet, one must also put in an hour for exercise or some physical activity, on a daily basis. All the above tips would help one achieve their desired weight status.
