Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to acidity - follow some dietary tips: - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods, do not skip meals, have meals on time, chew your food well, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals for proper digestion, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals, have a light dinner at least 3-4 hrs before bedtime - have more of fibre containing foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains such as whole wheat, brown rice, oats, corn instead of refined ones, legumes, sprouts, nuts which will help relieve constipation - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper hydration & digestion - take tablet Pan 40, 1 tablet half an hour before breakfast till symptoms subside - do regular exercise like walking, yoga & deep breathing which help in proper digestion - reduce weight by diet & exercise if overweight.

Hi, Do sitz bath twice daily. Include lots of fiber in your diet like raw vegetables, greens, sprouts, fruits, oats, etc. Drink 3-4 litres of water per day and walk daily for one hour. Take Isabgol husk 1-2 tsf mixed with half a glass of hot water and drink it immediately at bedtime to get easy evacuation on the next day morning. Take tab. Gasex 2tabs twice a day for about 2 weeks.
