1 am 26, I have thyroid before 1 year back my tsh level is 23 and I am very skinny my weight is 48 kg height 5.3,many times feels nervousness, anxiety, sleeplessness ,i want to know is this is hypo or hyper thyroid and thyronorm 75 mcg medicine is used for hypo or hyper thyroid or for both. And I am not gaining weight. Please help.
