Hello sir your cholesterol level is 195 mg/dl that means your at border line. If you will follow a good diet plan that can easily comes under control. Start doing some walk or any kind of physical activity as this is very important. And start taking 5-6 overnight soaked almonds plus 1 over night soaked walnut. If you r non veg your opt for the fish oil capsule as it is rich in omega 3. Add more vegetables and fruits into your diet. Have small and frequent meal. As you not given details for your age, ht,wt, so it is difficult to assume much thing about you. That r you overweight or not. Start checking your blood pressure also.
