The normal range of blood urea 20 to 40 mg/dl and that of creatine is 0.6 to 1.2 mg/dl (for female). You have significant increase in values of both. It will badly effect your organs like liver, kidney, heart, joints, brain etc if persists in higher values. You should first consult a good medicine specialist then he would guide you through better treatment and follow up.

Food is not the reason for elevated blood urea and sr. Creatinine levels. It means there is some structural damage to the kidneys. Commonly the damage could be due to Diabetes, Hypertension and some kidney local issues like cystic disease etc. If you have got the blood sugar tests done and if they are normal and if your BP reading is also normal consult Nephrologist who will guide you in trying to arrest the progression of the damage in the kidneys apart from the restrictions on the protein use. Good luck.
