I want to lose weight. My current weight is 88 And I want it to 75 kg plzz suggest some tips and diet plan .and exercise. So that I was able to achieve my goal i.e 75 kg I want to achieve 75 kg in 1 month or 1.5 month Or 4 kg per week.

To lose fat eat healthy, drink adequate water, eat two fruits in a day, eat a variety of vegetables, and opt for low fat milk/milk products. Avoid foods that are high sodium, high fat, and high sugar. Avoid foods containing transfat, maida, and corn flour. Exercise regularly.
