Low BP around 110 (upper) is still ok. Lower than this though does not create any problem, but one feels a little dull & lack in enthusiasm. Increasing sodium intake through salt water, exercising 30 mins. Per day, having frequent meals are the ways to increase BP.

1st of all we have to rul out/ know the exact reason of low blood pressure than we can use best substance of food or medicine. For this need detailed history of patient. Till now for low blood pressure pt can use sanshav salt (rock salt). Its very useful to maintain blood pressure in equlibarium.
You can use black Kishmish 10 pieces for 4 to 5 time's a days.
