Hello lybrate-user To reduce thighs avoid thigh bulking exercises like squats, lunges, leg curls, leg extensions n dead lifts n do cardiovascular exercises like treadmill on incline low n stationary bike. There are a few foods which helps to detoxify our lungs like Ginger, turmeric, apple, green tea, garlic n citrus fruits. One can easily make a detox drink by adding sliced lemon, few mint leaves, small n few pieces of fresh ginger n slices of cucumber to 1 litre water n keep it over night or say for 4-6 hours. Make it in a glass container. Keep the things in water over night n start consuming it from the morning. 2 such ltrs of water in a day will help in the detoxification of the body with avoiding further consumption of tobacco containing stuff.
