Detox Tablet is used as a medicine to help improve digestion of fatty foods in the body. Detox Tablet is a pancreatic enzyme combination. Detox Tablet works by providing extra digestive enzymes, which improves digestion. Detox Tablet is used to treat digestion related problems that occur when the pancreas has been surgically removed or if in a case it is not working well. Detox Tablet is also used for intestinal gas or as a digestive aid. Detox Tablet is safe when taken by mouth according to the dosage prescribed by your doctor.

Some precautions to take before you start this medication is to see if you are allergic to this ingredient. You can ask your doctor to run some tests and give you a definite answer. You should check to see of you have any inflammation of the pancreas. Check to see if you have Crohn disease, bowel obstruction, short bowel syndrome. Its advised to take Detox Tablet with food. If you miss a dose of Detox Tablet, take it as soon as possible. The most common side effects include constipation, diarrhea and stomach pain.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Human body does its own detoxification naturally and automatically. There is no need for any other special food / medicine for detoxification. There is no science behind these detox diets. Non-inflammatory pain and tenderness in joints, muscles and ligaments can lead to a chronic condition called Fibromyalgia. It is estimated that it affects 5 % of the population annually. Though there are many conventional medications available to address this situation, none of them focuses on healing the disease from the root. This is precisely where Ayurvedic techniques differ. Let us look at a time tested way to address Fibromyalgia through ancient Ayurveda.

There are some common symptoms of Fibromyalgia. These include aches and stiffness of the body, generalized fatigue, chronic headaches and migraines, swelling and numbing sensations in the joints. Ayurveda treats a particular disease on the basis of the ‘vata’ imbalance. The condition also affects the central nervous system thus leading to pain and tenderness. Accumulation of Ama or toxins is also the other major factor for Fibromyalgia.

12 Tips To Keep Your Skin Glowing In Winters

Winter weather is not fun for skin. Cold weather and low humidity levels result in dry air, which then steals moisture away from the skin every second of every day. Without immediate care, dry skin can lead to cracking and bleeding, and harsh winter wind makes the problem worse. Indoor heat further robs the air of moisture, as do hot showers or baths and harsh cleansers.

Additional moisture helps, but you need to do more to actually counteract these effects and keep skin looking youthful and smooth. To reduce chapping, redness, itching, and keep skin more healthy and comfortable this season, try these tips.

1. WASH IN LUKEWARM WATER

Hot showers and baths always feel good in the winter, but when you can, particularly when just washing your face or hands, choose lukewarm water to avoid stripping as many oils away from the skin.

2. MOISTURIZE IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARDS

Your skin not only needs more moisture, but moisture right after you wash. Applying moisture to damp skin helps seal that dampness into the skin. Keep a bottle near the bathtub, shower stall, and at every sink and use liberally every time you wash.

3. CHOOSE MOISTURIZER CAREFULLY

Some over-the-counter moisturizers have petroleum-based ingredients that can actually further dry your skin in the winter months. Go for an oil-based rather than a water-based solution, as it’s more likely to help your skin retain moisture in the winter.
