There is nothing as such called "perfect" diet. You need to cut back on your calories depending on your body weight, height and BMI. Mainly to keep a healthy diet, Include a glass of warm water with a spoonful of lemon juice. This will cleanse your body and induce weight loss. Apart from that eat a lot of vegetables proteins that include broccoli, beans, kidney beans, Bengal gram, moatbeans, pulses, eggs, fish and lean meat. Avoid a lot of rice, replace rice and other carbohydrates and replace with above mentioned and other vegetables. Also include soup, and salad. I hope you find it helpful.
