Dear Lybrateuser, - For your tiredness & insomnia do not depend on medication, rather set a proper daily routine for yourself, have a well balanced diet, destress yourself - the most important thing is a proper sleep, the lack if which is causing your tiredness & lethargy, follow some tips: - be active throughout the day, do the house chores, take a walk or join any class to learn something, an exhausted mind & body helps to induce sleep, if you have a nap in the day then should not be more than 20-30 min between 1-2 o'clock as the later it is, makes it more difficult to sleep at night, preferably avoid any nap in the day - set time in the day for a walk, do yoga or follow a hobby, read - try to go to bed at a fixed time & also try to get up early, avoid watching TV or mobile at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime, better to read or listen to light music, have a glass of warm milk before bedtime, have a light dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains & protein foods like seafood, milk & milk products, legumes, sprouts, nuts, have a protein food in each meal & also as a snack as it provides energy regularly to the body - have meals on time, do not skip meals - you can have a revital after breakfast with milk or water.
