I feel bloated and gas in my stomach and I defect in very small amount .What could be probable cause and therapy?

Dear Lybrateuser, - Take some dietary precaution along with medication to reduce bloating: - avoid gas forming foods such as vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, onion, garlic, radish, also beans & lentils, restrict milk & milk products, avoid colas, alcohol & smoking if you do, also restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day - chew your food well, have small & frequent meals (4-5 including snacks) for proper digestion, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals, do not lye down for about an hour after meals, have a light, non fat containing dinner at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion & hydration - do regular exercise like walking jogging, yoga for smooth bowel movement - reduce weight if overweight - continue with your medication till symptoms reduce.
