Hello Doctor, I am 35 years old male and computer engineer. My cholesterol level is showing high from last 3 years. It is showing total cholesterol 247 Triglycerides 213 Non hdl cholesterol 197 Hdl cholesterol 50 LDL cholesterol 155 Vldl cholesterol 42.6 LDL/hdl ratio 3.09 Chol/hdl ratio 4.94 My diabetes, blood pressure and kidney lever function test values are ok. Kindly suggest if any medicine can help to reduce the cholesterol levels. Also suggest which milk should I use buffalo or cow milk. Although fat content in buffalo milk is more but I have read on internet that cow milk is having more cholesterol than buffalo milk. Kindly suggest which milk should I use.
