Hi Its been 6 months I am in treatment for thyroid problems. After seeing the current report my doctor said that the problem is still there. Which will may impact to my pregnancy, though I am not pregnant now. Can anyone please let me know, what should I do. I in so depressed. Below I have given the blood test report. T3 - 155.00 80.00 - 200.00 ng/dl T4 9.13. 5.10 - 14.10 �g/dl TSH 0.116. Low 0.227 - 4.200.

Hello, Thanks for the query. It appears you are having hyperthyroidism. This condition is treated with drugs like Methimazole or carbimazole. The treatment has to go on for 18 to 24 months, before the excess activity is controlled. Once proper control is achieved, treatment is discontinued. In some cases the gland may again become over active. Then further treatment is necessary. If the activity is further increased then treatment may have to be reconsidered. With thyroid function in good control, getting pregnant is quite possible. Thanks.
