Hello everyone. Thank you for having me. Doctors I am very nervous and sad because some people, not some mostly all used to call me bhaiya. Actually those guys who are of my age says that you look very elder than us. My age is 19 and weight is 96. Mostly when I meet to new persons they don't believe that I am in first year of graduation. And my class colleague says to me that when you'll come in formals we all could call you Sir because your face and body is like of uncles. This makes me so nervous and sometimes I think to quit. Please suggest me what should I do?

Hello dear you just need to be positive and do some diet like avoid oily n junk food n start doing exercise or join gym the persons call you all this things they will start praising you n yeah in gym also small quantity ok good luck.

some people look old for their age, don't worry this does not determine everything, it has its advantages and disadvantages. by the time all of us become old, these things equalise in life. More important is what you do in life and whether you are happy. So stop worrying and accept what you are and proceed. All the best
