I am not sure who got you hooked onto sleeping pills. On a longer run they will shrink your brain, resulting in early onset dementia, personality changes, memory changes, even withdrawal seizures. Kindly consult a psychiatrist, get your sleep evaluated, and he will gradually wane you off the sleeping pills and give pills which promote sleep by acting on the cause of sleep disturbance, he may also educate you on sleep hygiene.

Please suggest. Can masturbation cause prostate cancer. How often should you masturbate.
Not it will not cause prostate cancer. Masturbation is a very healthy form of sexual outlet, do not feel guilty about it. Once or twice a day is very much normal. Nearly 99% of men and more than 60% of women masturbate. It starts from adolescence and goes on in some people even till death. The pleasure (orgasm) from masturbation is said to be unique from sexual intercourse. In men, most of the liquid contains only water and some fructose and hormones. Hence it does not drain your energy. Many equate masturbation/ seminal fluid loss to lack of energy, impotency and so on. Many quacks, religious heads and pseudo healers also propagate the idea that masturbation is a disorder/ and wrongful behaviour and instil fear on the mind of innocent men and women (we can see posters in train and bus stand, offering help for this behaviour). Consult a psychiatrist, if you have excessive masturbation guilt or compulsive masturbation. Compulsive masturbation is when a person continues with frequent masturbation neglecting his/ her other work like education, job or social obligations. In fact masturbation reduces the sexual tension and helps focus on task at hand better.

My girlfriend is having very bad burning inside her vagina after having sex. And this is not the first time we are having sex. Why is she suffering from burning sensation? How to cure that? Is it dangerous?

MD - Psychiatry

It can be due to rough sex, causing vaginal lacerations. Consult a gyne, she needs to be examined to find the cause and suggest treatment.

I am a 22 year old male and my girlfriend is 21 years old. We made out with the both of us naked. We did not have sex but our genitals did rub over each other. Though I did not cum while doing that, a bit of pre-cum did come out. She is on a course of the medicine 'Carpela' currently. Are there any chances of pregnancy? She got done with her period 4 days before the act.

Even precum has very active sperms, since you rubbed, there are minimal chances. But you have to wait for her periods, if she misses, then do a preg test by kit available in medical shop. Else enjoy safely next time by using condoms. All the best.

I had sex today with sex worker. I smooched her vagina. Tasted with tongue. Is there any side effects or risk like sextual disease? It was 2 mins act Please help me for that.

MD - Psychiatry

There are chances of some mild forms of STD like gonorrhoea, herpes, etc. It is wise to avoid fluid contact with unknown women, leave alone a sex worker. Next time use condoms and do not share fluids. All the best.
