Dear lybrate-user, hi Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly.* There is no chance of gall stone appearance again after gall bladder removal surgery.* Constipation is related to colon motility and intestinal flora issue.* Guidelines for the same - Drink plenty of liquids.- Consume high fiber diet with more of green leafy veg, whole grains, cereals, pulses, legumes.- Bulk forming laxative as Ispaghula husk 3 teaspoonful at night with a glass of lukewarm drinking water at night.- Regular walking in fresh air, exercises,YOGA are corner stone of management.- Pro biotics, prokinetic agents as levosulpiride are also best supportive agents.- Keep her blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol levels with body weight under control.- She must avoid excess dairy fat, oily, spicy, non veg stuffs.- Avoid stress, anxiety.- Manage to have regular sound sleep of 8 hours.- Avoid sleeping for minimum of 2 hours after meals.- Avoid late night heavy dinners, parties.- If smoking or consuming alcohol should keep refrain from that. Hope this clears your query. Wishing her fine health ahead. Regards dear take care.

Hello sir. I am suffering from silent reflux.

daflon may cause erectile dysfunction as it is a venotonic drug. for haemmorrhoids you can use some topical ointments. use either leosulpride or itopride. no need to use both a same time.
