  • Take full fat and heavy cream and add 1 cup of curd to it.

  • Refrigerate this mixture for another 5-6 hours.
  • Now blend the cream after adding cold water to it.
  • Now, strain the butter and wash it 2-3 times.
  • After washing, put this butter on heat until it boils and stir it occasionally.
  • Gradually, liquid and thick butter will separate from each other and butter will settle on the bottom of the pan.
  • This remaining milk solid is ghee.
  • Strain this ghee and put it in an air-tight container.
