Oxalate sabse common calcium oxalate ke stone hote hai hamare urine vale stones jo bante hai aur agar hum oxalate ki matra kam lenge to inke banne ke chances kam hojate hai. Calcium diet se bilkul band nahi karna chahiye. Ye infection, kidney, tube, prostate, urethra me ho skta hai. Tumor in old age can also cause this problem. Peat me chot lgne ya koi accident jo stomach ko effect kre use se bhi ye problem ho skti hai. Urinary tract me swelling hone se bhi ye problem ho skti hai.

Kidney me agar fistula hai to bhi blood aa skta hai. Iske symptom hai stomach pain, frequent urination, burning sensation. Islia apko jab bhi problem ho to proper medical advice len. Ye janna important hai ki ye problem kis vjha se hui hai to ise diagnose krne ke lia hum ultrasound, MRI krte hain. Kidney stones ek mineral deposits hain hmare urinary tract me. Kayi bar kuch medicines lene se hi stone formation hota hai. Ye stones bante kyu hai. Jab salt high ho jata hai urine me, uski vjha se stone ka problem hota hai. Pani and minerals ke bich me imbalance hona iska major cause hai. Kayi bar ye problem genetic bhi hoti hai. Kayi bar urinary tract ki deformities bhi iska cause hai. Agar urine ka flow ruk rha hai body me to vo ek reason hai stones formation ka. Kuch common causes hai urinary obstruction, prostatic hypertrophy.

Iske alwa jin logon ko lambe infection hote hain urinary tract ke ya foreign body hai, spinal cord ke patients hain, un sab me ye stones bante hain. Stones ke symptoms depend krta hai ki stone kha hai. Stone kidney or ureter tubes, urinary bladder, prostate urethrae inme khin bhi ho skta hai. Jhan bhi stone hota hai vhan pain hota hai. Agar ureter tubes me stone hai to apko kidney me bhi pain ho skta hai. Kabhi kabhi pain thighs me bhi ho skta hai. Iske symptoms hai frequent urination, burning or blood in urination. Agar apko ye symptoms hai to urologist se mile jisme apka ultrasound hoga or dekha jayega ki stone hone ki sambhavna hai ya nhi. Stones ko dekhne ke lia CT scan hota hai. Stone dekhne ke bad iska treatment dia jata hai. Treatment 2 types ka hota hai. Medication or surgery ke through. Jo 5mm se chote stones hote hain, vo apne aap nikal jate hain. Iske lia hum conservative management kr skte hain. Isme apko bhut jyada pani peena hota hai. Iske alwa kuch medicines hoti hai jo stones ko khtm krne me help krti hain. Lekin koi bhi medicine stone ko melt nhi krti hai. Jo stones in treatment se nikal pate hain uske lia hum surgery krte hain. Surgical treatment laser se dia jata hai.

Urine ke raste se hi durbin ke through stones ko tod dia jata hai. Alag alag operations hain jaise URS, ESWL, PCNL. Ab me apko ye btaunga ki isko kaise aap prevent kar skte hain. Iske lia apko paani jayada peena chaiye. Din me apko 2-2.5 litre pani peena chaiye or itna hi apko urine aana chaiye. Agar aap sports me hai or field work me hain to apko apna pani ka intake badhana hoga. Aap nembu pani, lassi, nariyal pani or shikanji bhi le skte hain. Achi diet lene se bhi apka stone banne ka chances kam ho jate hain. Diet me jo chizen stones ko banne ki parvati badhati hai vo hai green leafy vegetables, chocolates, coffee, tea, dry fruits, seeds vali sabzi like brinjal, bhindi, tomato. Apko balanced diet lena chaiye. Apko less salty and less protein and fat intake krna chaiye. Pani ka intake jyada hona chaiye. Ye sab best hai stone prevention ke lia.
