Hi, dream 55 years young lady with recent onset of diabetes (8 months. i was detected with diabetes when I was admitted for covid pneumonia. My hb1ac was 12.2 then. Currently my h1 is at 6.6. I am currently hvg metformin 0 .50 mg in th morning and night before food and in the afternoon I have jalra 50 mg. My current fasting sugar is within 105/110. And pp is little high. I.e. 160/180. Still if pp is glucose is reduced towards 150 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%, that will be much better. For that there is no need to change the drugs. You can continue with metformin 500 mg & jalra; but it is necessary to give a closer look at the dietary intake, weight, height and extent of daily exercise.
