In my last tsh report is less than 0.1 and lab range is 0.3_4.2 and t3 is 4.24 and the lab range is 1.3_3.1. And I have symptoms like palpitation, sweating, severe pain muscles, epigastric pain and general body weakness so can I start using carbimazole and propranolol.

Yes your report is suggestive of hyperthyroidism and symptoms are also indicative. Start treatment under supervision of a physician.

Hello, thanks for the query. Tsh 0.1 mu/l is not yet in the hyperthyroidism range. It is lower than normal. You have not mentioned t4 level, which is more relevant than t3. If you have tachycardia (fast pulse, >100/minute) and palpitation, then only proplanolol 20 mg or 40 mg may be helpful. But no other drug is needed. Thanks.
