Dear sir /mam when I go to check bp sometimes normally reading coming like 130/80, but sometimes tension, pulse increases, fear and reading increases like 150/90 ,and next day if I check again it will normal. Like this so many times happen, due to sudden rises I am feeling stress ,i consult psychiatrist, he said it is anxiety reason and so many doctors said you don't have bp .i have health nexito problem so every time I will get thoughts check bp may increases like that, psychiatrist suggested don't check again. How to overcome this problem. This is not a white coat syndrome, why because every time I have check in front of doctors only. Not in home.
