Hii! I am 23 years old female, dentist by profession. I am having lower back pain since last 1 yr. I got my lower back xray done and also orthopaedic consultation but he said that the xray is normal. Since I was having pain on stretching my legs, he suspected muscle spasm and prescribed me muscle relaxants and pain killers and vit d and calcium supplements. And also I had to go for physiotherapy for 10 days. The pain reduced then but has not subsided completely. I am again having pain in the lower back and also neck, shoulder and right hand since last 1 month, and it aggravates after working for long hours. (i am not taking any medication currently.) why is this happening and how can I get rid of it? Give me some permanent cure on it.
