Hi Mr. lybrate-user! your sugars are not high but not in the ideal range. We should target fbs of less than 100 and ppbs of less than 140. I need to know tour hba1c and also the time interval between medicines and food. We can then discuss further.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details. Ideally in a well controlled person with diabetes fasting glucose should be < 100 mg or close to 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 6.8. So you are fairly close to those levels. There is no need add any drug, you may concentrate of taking restricted diet and exercising more so that glucose levels are better controlled. Thanks.

Your blood sugar is fairly controlled but better readings are fasting 90-100 & pp 150-170. Try to control diet and exercise regularly. Continue same medicines.
