Dear Lybrateuser, - To reduce your sugar level follow some dietary precautions: -restrict intake of foods which increase sugar levels like processed foods such as white rice, maida, sugar containing foods - have more of fibre containing foods such as fruits (restrict chikoos, banana, mangoes),vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats, quinoa instead of refined ones, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas, nuts - restrict fried, processed & junk foods - do regular exercise like walking for 20-30 min daily morning, also walk for 5-10 min after meals - reduce weight by diet and exercise.
