You need to gain muscle mass and weight. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds, full cream milk and milk products in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. For protein sparing action have calorie dense stuff like ladoos, burfi, milk shakes, preferably homemade sweets and snacks to increase calories. Add additional ghee n butter to dals or curries or rice etc also. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good.
