Should I eat rice on weight-loss diet or not? Please help me by listing food that I can consume in this diet and their proportion. Tell me what should I eat and what I must don't eat, I'll follow it strictly. (everybody say many things so confused)

Hello Lybrate-user, rice should be restricted to only 1-2 times in a week if you are on a weight -loss diet plan. Also have rice in lunch only, not in dinner. Avoid sweets, fried foods, fat-rich foods like butter /ghee, junk foods. Dinner should be light (1-2 rotis with some green vegetable) and as early as possible (by 8 pm). For more customised and personal diets.
