I had bilirubin test done and it is - Direct bilirubin - 0.96 Indirect bilirubin- 0.18 Is this necessarily means I have low level jaundice and should take precautions. Can I eat normal home food with average oil. Can I drink milk after filtering?

Hello, Diet in jaundice be rich in carbohydrate & protein. Tk, Rice, coconut,� curds ,pumpkin, boiled green leafy veg, sugar cane & glucose water. �Avoid fatty foods ,ice-cream,� milk with cream, ghee/butter & pastry/cookies.
