I am suffering from alternative motions and constipation since two years. Thought it be ibs I got treatment for That. Weight loss of 10 kg found in these two years. Loss n of appetite, fatigue, alternating loose motions and constipation, body pains were main symptoms. Since symptoms are chronic, I has undergone colonoscopy, Multiple superficial ulcers were found in terminal ileum and they were sent for biopsy for tb-pcr test In that I got mycobacterium-negative and Mott (mycobacterium other than tuberculosis )-positive What does it mean? What is cure for MOTT? Is diagnosis of MOTT an indication forchron's disease? Are all my problems related to MOTT? IF MOTT is cured, all my symptoms would be out?
