I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. While receiving anti-tb treatment, an increase in uric acid levels of more than 8 mg/dl was accepted as “hyperuricemia” that is a well-known side effect of pza. Patients with hyperuricemia and/or arthralgia related to therapy were analyzed for renal disease, concomitant use of loop-inhibiting diuretics. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. If everything is normal and healthy, the color should be a pale yellow to gold. That hue comes from a pigment your body makes called urochrome. The shade, light or dark, also changes. Cold compresses can help reduce swelling in the area. Cooling also helps to numb sharp pain. Apply an ice pack for up to 20 minutes, up to five times a day. Use a frozen gel pack, ice cubes in a plastic bag, or a bag of frozen peas. Wrap the cold pack in a soft towel. Do not apply a cold pack directly to skin. Heat therapy heat helps to relax tense muscles and soothe a stiff area. It can help with muscle pain and bonny pain. Use a heated gel pack, heating pad or a hot water bottle.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. The pleura creates too much fluid when it's irritated, inflamed, or infected. This fluid accumulates in the chest cavity outside the lung, causing what's known as a pleural effusion. Certain types of cancer can cause pleural effusions, lung cancer in men and breast cancer in women being the most common.
