Hi I am 36 years old male. Recently did my thyroid tests done, and as per reports, t3/t4 are normal, but tsh is on higher side (6.91) what are the impact of this and can it be reduces with some precautions etc, or medicines are required?Please suggest.

This is subclinical hypothyroidism. May cause - weight gain, lethargy, dry skin, swelling, constipation, body pain, mood swings.
