Hi sir, i am 24 year male. Before 3 month my weight is 72 kg but now 60 kg. Weight kam hua hai aur bokkh lgna kam ho geya but I concern mbbs Dr. and he said for test like thyroid, ultrasound ot pt ,hiv, but all test is normal. Dr. ne kuj medicine bookh lgne k liye likhi aur medicine se bookh lgne b lgi but no gain weight. Cloths b unfit ho gaye hein. Please advice for weight gaining and any test name jo app karne ki advice do. Thanks.

Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Take 4-5 meals in a day on frequent interval. u can take protein powder

Hello, Rule out Pathological problems, if any. Restlessness can also lead to weight loss. Get your CBC and can reactive Protein get done just to rule out any infection.
