From last 1 month my throat is painful and I got fever in evening my wait loss around 5 kg I test my thyroid which is t3-4.84, t4-24.9 & tsh-0.02. I consult doctor they advice me to take neo mercazole 10 mcg thrice in a day for a month I start medicine from monday 22/5/2023 (6 days) but I still face problem of painful throat and fever in evening I take medicine nacplus as a painkiller. Now my question is how much time my neck pain & fever will take to cure. Is it gone after some time or I need to take any other medicine.

There is doubtful, are you a patient of hyperthyroidism or sybacute thyroditis. Please recheck esr which might be more than 50 ,may go to 100. C-reactive level may also be elevated. Patient initially hyperthyroid with low level of tsh and elevated t4. They sometimes become transiently hypothyroid with high tsh and low t4. Please confirm exact diagnosis as treatment is important in both.
