My TSH and T3 level is normal. But T4 is low. Will this mean I am suffering from thyroid. T3 - 0.64 ng/mL. T4 - 4.5 ug/dl, TSH - 2.4 ulg/mL.

Your thyroid test results look fairly normal, but for serum t4 beig marginally low. However, you have grade 1 obesity with a bmi of 30.46 kgs/m2. This needs to be controlled. At least for now there is no hypothyroidism. Thanks for the question.
