Thyroid gland affection manifest in our body mostly in three form- hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism and goiter. Mostly women in middle age group are affected by hypothyroidism. So there is not any specific mode of prevention of it. Yet by healthy food habit and healthy life style we can avoid many diseases. Genetic involvement is also seen in thyroid affection.
