I have an active life, I run marathon and train regularly still I got hyper thyroid. Wat cud be the reason? Awaiting your reply Free T3 is 4.53 Free T4 is 2.02 TSH below 0.01.

Hyperthyroidism can be associated with goiterogens in your diet so avoid cabbage and cauliflower. Take minimum salt and specifically low iodine salt. It can also be due to inflammatory changes in your thyroid gland. So you consult local endocrinologist. If inflammatory then it will subside with in few months. If any other origin then with treatment within 2-3 yrs. You can inform me the reports. We can provide you medicines also. But consult local doctor first.
