Sir I have thyroid last 5 to 6 years pls suggest me what is important methods to come out of these huge problem sir I always go to walking but there is no reduce in weights pls help me.

Please note that due to hypothyroidism your weight is constant and not reducing. You can do morning walk to be fit however if the underlying disease is not treated you would not be benefited from it.

Do regular exercise like skipping, push up, sit up, plank etc. Eat small amount of food. Use supplement in this purpose. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use lukewarm water after meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take quality sleep.
