Do you mean you are suffering from tb and taking akt 3 (kit)? this is a 3 drug combination refampicin, isoniazid and ethambutol. In normal doses usually these medicine do not show any bad effect. Overdose is a problem and one should never take these medicine without doctor's supervision and advice. Some uncommon side effects are: gi disturbances, paseudoemembrnous colitis, influenza-like sypmtoms, skin reactions, eosinophilia, transient leucopenia, thrombocytopenia, purpura, visual disturbances, menstrual irregularities. Akt drugs can cause painful joints, swollen joints, tingling or burning sensation in hands and feet also. Reddish coloured urine and tears - occurs and and these are not bad effect. Hepatitis or shock like syndrome with hepatic involvement, jaundice. Doctors advice is the safe practice for such treatment.
