Bruising is a very common activity that happens if the blood vessels present inside the skin break and emit blood which gets clotted beneath the upper layer of the skin. This can be identified by a certain part of the skin turning abnormally black or blue due to the accumulated blood. Bruising mostly happens due to an external force which is exerted on a particular muscle, may be due to an accident or a fall. This is a very mild medical condition which heals within a short span of time.
HOW IS BRUISING DIAGNOSED?
Bruising sometimes occurs because of vitamin C deficiency, if not due to falls or accidents.
