I am 20 years old and currently currently having hypertension. My bp gets 160/100 without medication. And currently taking telvas 50 mg. I can't find anything why hypertension happened in early age. Is it affect my goals. Does hypertension affect me in future. And what change should I make to get rid of hypertension.
