Hi! I am a 5'7" 28 years old man, weigh about 60 kg and could pass for a high schooler. Please here are my questions: why does my heart get hot when I lift heavy things. I get dizzy when I squat. On occasions, I have collapsed while taking early morning pee. For the past two years now I have been having serious earache that usually lasts about a week whenever it occurs. When I am not having earache, my nostrils, throat and ears would be itching for most of the day. Are all these related? From a not-a-real-nigga black man. Thanks.
