Sir, bp 140/100, pulse rate is high 110 oximeter & bp meter showing sometimes 120. Mild pain in left shoulder blade and below left side chest. & breathing problem. Sleeping on left side with height pillows is relieving. Slpng on another side getting aggravating. And traction to left hand while sleeping also relieving. Oxyg 94% on slpng otherwise 97%. Currently i'm taking metoprolol 25 mg for bp. Pl advice.
