Looking at the tsh level of 41.412 mu/l, it is clear that you have fairly severe hypothyroidism, which needs immediate treatment with adequate dosage of levothyroxine. However, I am surprised to know that by taking levothyroxine you have developed certain symptoms. As regards whether the test reports are correct or not, it is difficult to answer. Because yu must have gone to a good reputed clinical laboratory, in that case there is no reason to doubt the reports. If you still have any doubt please ask for a repeat test with the same lab or get a test done with another lab, then one can look at the report and decide. The symptoms mentioned after taking levothyroxine are hardly seen, I have not heard of such symptoms with any one. Please let me know how many days have you taken the tablets? Thanks.
