I have been taking medicine for depression since 4 years (serta 100 and risdone plus, I am doing activities like meditation and exercise and I am feeling better. May be in some days i'll stop medication with the suggestion of my psychiatrist doctor. To be honest doctor I have big dreams I want to do something bigger in life. Currently I am doing engineering and planning for mba after my engineering. The problem is I am worrying about my mental health I mean there will lot of load of studies if i'll take admission in mba. Can load of studies will bring back my depression? I don't want to feel it again .i scared of it now .plz help.
