take your baby on lap use a towel to cover his head start steam inhalation, during that time talk with your baby so steam inhalation is easy. u can add Vicks in it. locally apply Vicks after rubbing on palm on chest n back. ambrodyl s 2 ml two times a day after food. montek lc suspension 3 ml at night. Cefexim dt 100 half half to be dissolved in water n gave him after food for three to five days.

Good afternoon! sir, I can understand your confusion, actually 2 major schedules that may be followed at large scale here in india are nis schedule (national immunization schedule), and iap schedule (indian academy of pediatrics). Also some institutions may have their own vaccination schedule too. The government actually follows the nis schedule, that you are talking about the government vaccines, and giving only dpt booster at 18 months, comes under nis schedule. Under this the government aims to provide universal vaccine coverage to all the major vaccine preventable diseases in india, so that the individual develop immunity against those diseases. That being said, other than the diseases covered under the nis, there are vaccines available for other diseases (which are available commercially, but are not covered under the nis). Many institutions follow iap schedule too. So if you are affording, you can get the scheduled vaccine from the private hospital. But my advice to you is that, follow the schedule from one centre, either government or private hospital schedule, do not change the place or schedule of vaccination, until unless it is urgent (like job transfer). Here you are a bit underinformed. There have been medicines in herbals to dissolve cysts and even cure cancers but it takes longer time than what you expect and you can not predict time since response in each body differs. But yes, it does make sense. If cysts are safe in neck and surgery is not desired, no harm in trying that. Some food protocols and breathing techniques are desirable along with herbs for faster pace. This is great science of indian ayurveda. On the other hand quicker magic is only surgery. For tough cases shalya chikitsa (surgery) is also mentioned in ayurveda but here modern surgery excels. If you drop pain killers and antibiotics out of allopathy, the medicine part which is best in world is ayurveda. In 40 years I have experienced it. So you may talk if need further advise.

can give milk supplements and health drinks and protein drinks are given only after completion of two years of age and whether your child requires any milk supplements or not will be decided by your doctor but if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any milk supplement /health drinks / immunity booster gummies to the child. this type of energy drinks and milk supplements is just a combination of multivitamin syrup with protein powder. by growth standards if the growth of the child is within normal limits then usually they do not require such health supplements try to concentrate on home based nutritional diet for your child.
