Start with low dose like 25 mcg daily. Repeat tsh after 6 weeks and modify the dose of thyroid supplement according ly under supervision of a physician/endocrinologist. Avoid cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mustard, radish etc. These are k/as goitrogenic food items means they may increase the size of your thyroid gland.
