Can I eat beetroot and carrot during thyroid. Bcz i'm a breastfeeding mother my baby is 3 month old. He is pre term just bcz of that he has very low hemoglobin. And during pregnancy up to last my thyroid was controller but after my child birth it is cross level. My power is 37.5.
