Dear Lybrateuser, -since vit b12 is mainly found in non veg food, veg can get some amount from enriched cereals, juices, soy milk, you can take an oral or injectible supplement depending on your b12 levels - vit d for veg is found in mushrooms, enriched cereals, dairy products, orange juice & soy products, again depending on your vit d levels you will have to take an oral or injectible supplement - exposure to sunlight for 10-15 min during morning hours is also a good natural source.
