Our food lacks nutrition due to poor quality of soil which is spoiled by usage of chemicals. We further spoil it by cooking with refined oil, refined sugar and processed salt. But multivitamin pills are made in factory and do not contain any natural nutrients. There nutritional value is very small as compared to whatever food we eat. Best is to eat natural food like fruits, salad and steamed veggies along with cooked food made with unrefined oil, organic jaggery and rock salt. Whatever nutrition they have will still be more than factory made chemical pills.
