Headache, fatigue, dizziness,nausea, tiredness,fainting, blackout and fainting feeling, improper balance, lack of concentration, I vision, numbness or tingling in hands and face head alor may be feel like electric, and restless leg y while lying, forgetting small things, not big, I already have depression and anxiety.

Depression and anxiety are lifestyle diseases which needs a lifestyle solution nevetr medicines it can be cured with diet and lifestyle alone do not use medicines for this and spoil your life they cause very serious sideffects never ever told by your psychiatrists headache may be due to eye strain, sinus infections ,bp, migraine, anxiety, sleep issues, allergies, environmental toxins, vitamin deficiency mineral deficiency, stomach issues etc. You may have multiple causes involved. Headaches can be cured with lifestyle and diet changes only. Modern medicines will not work for any lifestyle disease. It puts only a band aid. Complete change of diet, lifestyle and doctor also may be needed if he is only medicating you and not educating you are never going to be cured. General advice never works because every person is different and their disease triggers are different advice needs to be individualized after proper you cannot treat what you cannot see.
